The Role
Opening and securing the school site each day
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Monitoring health and safety across the premises
Managing contractors and reporting larger maintenance issues
Conducting regular site inspections and safety checks
Supporting fire safety procedures and compliance requirements
Maintaining stock levels and site supplies
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous site management, caretaking, or facilities experience
Good practical maintenance skills
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
The ability to work independently and use initiative
Strong organisational and communication skills
