Are you a payroll professional looking for a role where you can genuinely take ownership, make an impact and join a supportive, fast-paced environment? Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a well-known FMCG business with operations across the UK and internationally, who are looking to welcome a Payroll Co-ordinator to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance function and become the go-to person for all things payroll. Working closely with their managed service provider (ADP), you’ll run multiple payrolls end-to-end, supporting a diverse workforce of 700+ colleagues across the UK and overseas.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing the full payroll process with accuracy and efficiency
• Investigating anomalies and resolving queries promptly
• Ensuring pensions, HMRC and third-party payments are submitted correctly and on time
• Processing starters, leavers and payroll changes
• Maintaining payroll data within the time & attendance system
• Producing statutory reporting (FPS, P11D, PAYE/NIC and more)
• Reconciling payroll transactions to the general ledger
• Providing clear and accurate payroll information to internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
• Proven payroll experience within a busy, high-volume environment
• Confident working with payroll systems (ADP experience welcome but not essential)
• Comfortable managing multiple payrolls
• Experience with time & attendance systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Someone analytical, organised and able to work at pace with accuracy
