Junior - Mid Level Trade Mark Paralegal - £GOOD++ London
We are pleased to be assisting our long-standing client as they seek an experienced an Trade Mark Paralegal to join their established Trade Marks team in London. This is a fantastic time to join them and take the next step in your career, supporting some well-known brands and working within a leading firm that is continuing to grow.
Your duties in this role with involve, but are not limited to;
- Drafting, preparing and filing trade mark applications
- Oppositions
- Handling assignments
- Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP
- Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally
- Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly
- Many other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will have previous Trade Mark experience in a similar role handling trade mark tasks. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification and/or QMW certificate is an added bonus.
