The Role

This is a 9-month FTC parental leave cover with potential extension. You will focus on data analysis and dashboarding to support financial risk reporting and decision-making. Your work will help shape capital allocation and liquidity planning.

In this role you will:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar).
• Manipulate and analyse financial risk data to produce clear insights.
• Assist with ICAAP stress testing and liquidity risk reporting (training provided).
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams to embed data-driven insights.
• Present visualised data and reports for senior management.

What You will Bring

• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboarding (Power BI, Excel; Python a plus).
• Ability to work with large datasets and produce meaningful insights.
• Interest in financial services and risk management (prior exposure helpful but not essential).
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and keen to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills for explaining data to non-technical audiences.
