A bit about what you will do... Concierges in our team are passionate about creating the most unique and memorable experiences for our guests. They have a natural ability to make our guests feel welcome, special and cared for throughout their stay. Greet our guests with a warm welcome. Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services. Sharing your knowledge of the area and suggesting the right places for guests to visit while staying. Assist guests with arrands and arranging special requests. Main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service. Promptly and courteously addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns of our guests. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. More about you... Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. Dedicated to creating memorable experiences.
