Social Media & E-Commerce Manager (In-Store)
Job description
Kaboom Cards is one of the UK’s fastest growing trading card and collectibles stores, specialising in sports cards, Pokémon, TCG products and live breaks. We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media & E-Commerce Manager to help grow our online presence and manage our digital storefronts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands content, social media growth and e-commerce operations, and wants to be part of an exciting and rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Creating engaging content around products, pack openings and in-store activity for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Planning and posting consistent social media content to help grow our audience and brand
• Managing and updating our Shopify website, including uploading products, descriptions and organising collections
• Assisting with eBay listings and inventory management
• Helping develop creative ideas for product launches, promotions and online campaigns
• Ensuring our online platforms are up to date, organised and visually appealing
What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Experience with Shopify, eBay or other e-commerce platforms (preferred but not essential)
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Someone proactive, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Interest in trading cards, collectibles or gaming is a big bonus
