Head of Acquisition
- Develop and own the overall player acquisition strategy across multiple channels.
- Optimise performance across PPC, affiliate marketing, paid social, mobile, and other digital channels.
- Manage budgets and ensure spend aligns with ROI and performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of acquisition specialists.
- Introduce and maintain test-and-learn frameworks to improve acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, brand, CRM, compliance, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks to scale acquisition activity.
- Manage external agencies and partners to maximise value and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing channels to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all activity is compliant with relevant UK regulations and industry standards.
