What you will do:

* Supervise Adult Services, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of business objectives.
* Conduct effective appraisals and supervision, driving continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with local and national Safeguarding Adults policies.
* Mentor team members, fostering high professional standards.
* Promote a strengths-based model of self-directed support to staff and service users.
* Manage work allocation and performance of selected staff.
* Be mindful of financial implications while supporting staff to maximise independence.
* Develop high standards of practice and maintain quality service delivery.
* Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary approach with health and care partners in Hackney.
* Work closely with the Team Manager and Consultant Social Worker to balance priorities.
* Contribute to and develop Quality Assurance Frameworks focusing on Safeguarding.
