The SEN TA will deliver targeted one-to-one and group-based support, enabling pupils to access learning and develop confidence. The SEN TA will assist with implementing individual support plans, behaviour strategies and communication programmes. As a SEN TA working in Bromley, you will play a key role in creating a structured, safe and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver focused academic and behavioural support sessions
- Assist pupils in accessing classroom activities
- Support emotional regulation and social development
- Track and record intervention progress
- Work closely with staff and families in Bromley
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a SEN TA or in a similar support role
- Calm, adaptable and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available to start January 2026
