This is a great opportunity for an Assistant or Intermediate Estimator to join one of the country's largest roofing companies, where you will be exposed to a variety of projects, all whilst having the opportunity to further progress your career working alongside two experience Estimators and eventually building a team.

This well-established and leading construction company specialises in commercial roofing and waterproofing. With branches nationwide, they offer their specialist services to a variety of clients and main contractors. Their expertise includes several roofing solutions such as single-ply, hot melt, mastic asphalt, and green roofs. Their ability to deliver such a wide range of services has led to continued success, and they are now looking to add to their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities where you predominantly be based out of their office but will have to occasional travel into London. Within the role you producing detailed take offs from construction drawings and specifications provided by the clients. You will also be responsible for estimating the cost of labour, plant and material for the project. Throughout the process you will be responsible for liaising with all stakeholders in the process, from your in-house team and the clients to ensure clear communication throughout the project.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an Assistant or Intermediate Estimator looking to take the next step in their career, ideally with previous experience with roofing projects and excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients and contractors.
