About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced School Business Manager to join an Ofsted Outstanding primary school in North London. You will lead the school’s business operations, including finance, HR, premises, and compliance, ensuring efficient and effective support for staff and pupils.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, contracts, and staff welfare
• Manage premises, health & safety, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Direct administrative systems to maximise efficiency
• Support governors with reports and strategic planning
• Contribute to school improvement and operational development
