Curriculum: Music across KS3, KS4 (GCSE/BTEC), and KS5 (A-Level/RSL).
Salary: Outer London Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Music specialist to join a department that views the arts as essential to student development. You will have access to dedicated music suites , practice rooms, and a recording studio equipped with the latest industry-standard software (such as Logic Pro or Sibelius).
Your role will involve delivering a curriculum that balances performance, composition, and listening . From introducing Year 7s to the fundamentals of rhythm and melody to guiding A-Level students through complex harmonic analysis, you will be key to maintaining the high standards of this thriving department.

We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
A specialist degree in Music or Music Education .
A proven ability to lead engaging practical and theoretical lessons across GCSE and A-Level .
Proficiency in a primary instrument or voice, with the ability to support varied extracurricular ensembles (Choir, Orchestra, or Rock Band).
Familiarity with Music Technology and its application in the classroom.
The availability to start immediately or at short notice.
