DV cleared Service Designer - inside IR35 (IT)

A DV cleared Service Designer who is able to under go NPPV3 is required for an initial 6 month contract. This role is 50% hybrid with on site being Vauxhall London and is inside IR35 so will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company. Role Description: "As a service designer you'd be responsible for crafting the complete end-to-end experience of a new service in a highly secure policing environment where DV level clearance is mandatory. Your role would be to optimise and enhance services to ensure they meet the needs of business. As follows: Define and implement service design strategies and methodologies across multiple projects and initiatives. Collaborate with user research to demonstrate and communicate research insights to stakeholders, helping shape strategic initiatives and the wider roadmap. Design concept journeys, blueprints, and roadmaps that elevate the total user experience beyond immediate products or services. Facilitate collective understanding of the end-to-end, front-to-back experience by mapping the orchestration of events at the intersection of technology, business, and design.
