3D Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented 3D Designer (Mid/Senior) to create high-quality virtual studio backgrounds, 3D models, motion graphics, and animations for our Live Casino product. Working closely with graphic designers, interior designers, product managers, and engineers, you will build visually compelling environments that elevate the player experience.

You will design photorealistic studio environments, fantasy-inspired worlds, and interactive objects using leading CAD and real-time 3D tools. This role requires strong artistic vision, real-time rendering capabilities, and a deep understanding of how 3D assets perform in a streaming and live-broadcast context.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Production

• Design and produce photorealistic virtual environments for Live Casino games.

• Create 3D models, props, textures, and materials (PBR-based).

• Render high-quality images, cinematics, and animations for studio builds and UI elements.

• Build VR-ready or interactive environments when required.

Real-Time & Technical Requirements

• Optimize 3D assets for real-time rendering (Unreal Engine/Unity).

• Adapt and prepare visuals for chroma key / green screen / virtual studio workflows.

• Ensure assets meet performance requirements for live streaming environments (low latency, high visual quality).

• Maintain clean topology, proper UVs, and optimized materials.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with graphic designers, interior designers, studio teams, and product managers.

• Follow and help evolve company standards, pipelines, and quality guidelines.

• Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development.

• Provide creative input and technical solutions during production.

Quality & Brand Alignment

• Ensure assets align with brand identity, product goals, and market expectations.

• Maintain visual consistency across tables, studios, and game families.

• Deliver work on time, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a 3D Designer/Artist in gaming, iGaming, VFX, or digital entertainment.

• Strong skills in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering (Maya preferred).

• Experience with real-time rendering tools (Unreal Engine or Unity).

• Strong understanding of PBR materials and modern rendering pipelines.

• Familiarity with animation, rigging basics, and particle effects.

• Experience with chroma key workflows or virtual studio environments.

• Ability to produce photoreal environments with clean composition and lighting.

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

• A strong portfolio that includes 3D scenes, environments, or virtual studios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Live Casino, broadcast studios, or real-time media production.

• Ability to create high-quality renders for marketing use.

• Understanding of cinematography, camera settings, and shot composition.

• Experience with ShotGrid, Jira, Trello, Asana, or other production tracking tools.

• Familiarity with VR/AR assets and pipelines.
