People Operations Analyst - 12 Month FTC
Help build an exceptional employee experience. Every single day.
Behind every great company is a People team that makes work feel effortless.
We're looking for a People Operations Analyst who's passionate about delivering an outstanding employee experience, thrives on bringing order to complexity, and loves finding smarter ways of working. If you're excited by creating seamless processes, leveraging technology and AI, and making every employee interaction count, we'd love to hear from you.
Joining our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, you'll support our growing teams across the UK and US, owning the operational heartbeat of the employee lifecycle—from welcoming new joiners on day one to supporting career moves, benefits, and everything in between.
You'll be part of a collaborative global People Operations team, working closely with colleagues across the UK and India to deliver a seamless, consistent, and exceptional employee experience for our UK and US teams. Together, you'll share knowledge, continuously improve processes, and leverage technology and AI to build a best-in-class People Operations function.
This isn't just about administration. It's about building scalable People Operations that enable an ambitious, fast-growing business to do its best work.
What You'll Own
Create an exceptional employee experience
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new joiners across our UK and US teams, creating a seamless experience from offer acceptance through to day one and beyond.
Manage key employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, salary changes, probation confirmations, and offboarding.
Ensure probation reviews are completed on time, outcomes are accurately recorded, and documentation is maintained.
Coordinate UK and US background screening through Zinc, ensuring all checks are completed efficiently and compliantly.
Partner with managers, People Partners, IT, Finance, Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure every employee transition is delivered smoothly.
Keep our People Operations running seamlessly
Own the day-to-day administration of our HR systems, ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and always up to date.
Monitor and manage People Operations workflows and approvals.
Maintain organised, audit-ready employee records and support internal audits and compliance activities.
Ensure our People data is trusted, accurate, and supports informed decision-making across the business.
Be the go-to for employee support
Act as the first point of contact for People Operations queries across our UK and US teams.
Provide timely, friendly, and accurate support to employees and managers.
Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefit-related queries.
Deliver a consistently high-quality employee experience through every interaction.
Drive continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve People Operations processes.
Champion the use of AI and technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Contribute ideas that help build scalable, best-in-class People Operations as we continue to grow.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.
You'll likely have:
2–4 years' experience in People Operations or HR Operations supporting UK or US employees (experience across both is a bonus).
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, background screening, and HR administration.
Experience working with HR systems, ideally HiBob.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-first approach.
Confidence handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
An interest in using AI, automation, and technology to transform People Operations.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions.
Why Join Us?
