Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily student attendance and punctuality, following up on absences in line with safeguarding procedures.
Liaise with parents/carers, support services, and pastoral teams to improve attendance outcomes.
Maintain and update attendance databases, generating reports for senior leadership.
Support the implementation of attendance strategies across the school.
Requirements
Previous experience in an attendance, administrative, or pastoral role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Understanding of safeguarding and school attendance legislation (desirable).
