The Role As our Senior Marketing and Communications Executive, you will help drive the growth of our fundraising, partnerships and donor engagement programmes through an exceptional range of campaigns and marketing activity. Specifically, driving reach and engagement with our network, you will deliver a media and communication plan to support prospecting for new partnerships and build existing relationships. You will create assets that drive impact and business cases for support, build awareness of our work and support grant applications with guidelines and advice. Generating stories of beneficiaries and other content, you will promote our programmes and partnerships and showcase how we have made an impact. Additionally, you will develop content that enhances our reach, develops awareness of what we do and creates engagement with our network and potential donors. About You To be considered as a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive, you will need: - Proven experience in marketing with demonstrable results of growth in engagement metrics
- Strong understanding of donor engagement and retention strategies
- Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills
- Skills in design tools, including Canva and graphic creation
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM systems The closing date for this role is 5th December 2025 at 9am.
