Are you a creative and strategic Employer Brand Marketing Lead looking for your next challenge? This 13-month contract offers the chance to shape how one of the world's leading professional services organisations connects with talent. You'll design and deliver innovative campaigns across early talent, experienced hire, and alumni audiences.
As the Employer Brand Marketing Lead , you'll be at the forefront of employer brand and candidate engagement in the UK, ensuring the right people connect with the brand at the right time.
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end candidate marketing campaigns across early talent, experienced hire, and alumni.
Deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, campus, events) that drive awareness and applications.
Partner with recruiting and business teams to align marketing activity with hiring priorities.
Oversee creation of compelling content - from landing pages and ambassador stories to videos and newsletters.
Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
Proven Marketing Lead with experience in employer brand or candidate marketing.
Skilled in creating and delivering digital and event-led campaigns.
Excellent collaborator with strong stakeholder management across complex organisations.
Data-driven mindset with proven ability to optimise campaigns for better results.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
