Teacher of Cello
Alleyn’s School is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Cello to join our vibrant and dynamic music department to start from Monday 3 November 2025.
The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and motivate students in individual lessons from beginner to advanced level, across Years 7 to 13 (ages 11 to 18).
We anticipate up to two days’ teaching per week, with flexible scheduling. Teaching hours have the scope to grow over the coming months, and there is the possibility to include chamber music coaching for candidates with relevant experience
This is a self-employed position, with the current suggested hourly rate of £51.13 per hour for the 2025/26 academic year.
Interviews will take place at the school on Thursday 25 September.
