Compliance Specialist

They are looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure operations meet the highest regulatory and ethical standards. You will work across regulatory compliance, safer gambling, and financial crime prevention, making a direct impact on how millions of players enjoy a safe and exciting experience. What you will be doing day to day • Ensuring full compliance with UKGC regulations and LCCP requirements
• Developing and monitoring safer gambling policies to protect players
• Overseeing AML processes including CDD, EDD and source of funds checks
• Liaising with regulators and preparing reports for senior leadership
• Training colleagues and embedding compliance into daily operations
• Analysing data to identify risks, trends and opportunities for improvement About you You bring at least three years of compliance experience ideally within UK online gambling. You have a strong understanding of UKGC regulations, AML and safer gambling requirements. You are detail focused, highly organised and confident working with data to spot trends and risks. You communicate with clarity and influence at all levels, and ideally you hold or are keen to obtain a Personal Management Licence.
