Client Accountant - Property & Real Estate
- Manage financial reporting and budgeting for a portfolio of properties.
- Prepare and review service charge accounts in accordance with industry standards.
- Oversee rent collection and ensure accurate allocation of funds.
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to property managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and update financial systems as required.
