English Role - Harrow Secondary School - ASAP start
We are looking for a dedicated specialist to join this "Excellence"-focused school starting February 23rd.
About the Role This temporary full-time contract offers more than just a teaching post; it provides a coaching entitlement for all staff. You will have access to high-quality CPD, including bi-weekly pedagogical workshops and leadership development courses through the National College.
About the School This school is a "learning hub" for teachers. Weekly team meetings are strictly for developing subject-specific teaching—there is no admin here. Whether you are an experienced teacher or looking to build your skills, the support systems in place are second to none.
Responsibilities
Engage in a coaching-led approach to teaching and learning.
Contribute to pedagogical workshops to refine classroom practice.
Deliver a knowledge-led English curriculum focused on reading and literacy.
Requirements
A passion for continuous professional improvement.
Right to work in the UK and valid Enhanced DBS.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Salary Competitive Day Rate (Dependent on experience).
