What You’ll Do

Notting Hill Genesis, one of London’s leading housing associations, is seeking two Executive Assistants to provide high-level, proactive support to our Executive Board. One role will support the Chief People Officer, and the other will support the Chief Governance and Risk Officer. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure priorities are met with professionalism and discretion. This is a varied role where you’ll handle sensitive information, produce high-quality documents, and play an active part in improving processes and supporting the wider EA/PA network.

How You’ll Do It

  • Provide professional executive support, including diary management, email monitoring, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and building strong relationships.
  • Produce accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of EB members.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Directors within the People and Governance & Risk functions.
  • Plan and organise internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and minute-taking.
  • Lead or support internal projects, ensuring actions and priorities are delivered effectively.
  • Manage confidential information and financial processes such as purchase orders and budget monitoring.
  • Contribute to process improvements and resolve issues independently.
  • Support the EA/PA network and provide cover for colleagues when needed.

Essential:

  • Previous experience providing PA/EA support at director or EB level.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at a senior level, including boards and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing changing priorities and coordinating others.
  • Skilled in agenda preparation, minute-taking, and drafting professional correspondence.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams, with the ability to create accurate reports and develop professional presentations

Desirable:

  • Relevant secretarial qualifications or equivalent.
