Marketing & Comms Manager

Fabric Social
London

The Role

As Marketing & Comms Manager, you’ll lead our own social, PR and marketing efforts: growing our profile in London, Dublin, and the new markets we’re moving into.

You’ll seed stories, pitch to press, shape our social presence, organise standout events, and make sure Fabric shows up as the most exciting agency in the room. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and creative studio to craft the kind of visibility that drives fame, influence, and opportunity.

You need to be strategic, organised, and highly creative with a nose for a good story, a passion for platforms, and the ability to craft content that actually gets seen. Bonus points if you can make it, too.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and growing Fabric’s presence across social, press, events, and industry platforms

  • Running our social channels, working with creatives and studio to make us unmissable

  • Leading PR and comms efforts, seeding stories, landing coverage, and amplifying our voice

  • Coordinating award entries, webinars, speaking slots, and key industry moments

  • Writing thought leadership, team spotlights, launch stories, and strategic POVs

  • Supporting pitch visibility and cultural positioning, helping Fabric show up with impact

  • Shaping tailored comms strategies as we expand into new markets

  • Keeping our website fresh, relevant, and reflective of our best work

  • Staying tapped into all teams – spotting the stories, case studies, and moments that deserve to be heroed

  • Tracking performance, experimenting with formats, and driving continuous improvement

  • Extra bonus: if you know how to create content yourself – think social edits, design, copy, or video – you’ll have even more freedom to move fast

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve led marketing and comms work within creative or social agencies

  • Strong London-based network across press, PR, comms, and creative media

  • Proven experience driving visibility through awards, coverage, events and social media

  • A sharp eye for content, culture, and what travels online

  • A storyteller who knows how to build buzz and shape perception

  • Calm, organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects with confidence

  • Personable, curious, and plugged in – someone who builds trust across teams and knows what deserves the spotlight

What You’ll Get

  • A defining role in shaping how the world sees one of the most exciting agencies around

  • The freedom and influence to make real impact, quickly

  • A bold, electric culture where ideas move fast and originality is championed

  • The chance to work closely with senior leadership and creatives across markets

  • Competitive salary, benefits, and space to grow with us

If you’ve ever wanted to build a brand from the inside out , this is your shot.
