Need assistance preparing healthy meals at home in UK
I’m looking for a friendly caregiver to help me prepare healthy, affordable meals at home. I have a small kitchen and a limited pantry, so I’d appreciate someone who can create simple, nutritious daily menus, plan weekly groceries, and cook a few balanced meals. I prefer meals that are easy to reheat and suitable for someone with modest culinary skills. Experience with dietary restrictions (low salt, low sugar, vegetarian options) is a plus. I’d like the helper to arrive in the late morning, cook for about 1–2 hours, and leave leftovers for the next day. Reliable, punctual, and respectful communication is important, and I’d appreciate someone who can tidy after cooking and store containers properly.
