As a Repairs Technician, your responsibilities will include…

* Diagnose and assess damage to furniture, determining the most effective repair methods

* Execute complex repairs on furniture types including upholstered, wooden, and metal items

* Utilise advanced tools and techniques to restore furniture to a high standard

* Conduct liability assessments & generate detailed reports using custom-built mobile app

* Perform refinishing tasks, including staining, polishing, colour matching for wood and upholstery

* Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair scope, timelines, and outcomes

We are looking for a Repairs Technician with the following skills and experience…

* Full UK Driving License is required

* Hands on experience in furniture repairs or restoration

* Proficiency in using hand and power tools for detailed repair work

* Great customer facing sand customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

* Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting and documentation

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
