We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic LMS Expert to join our Intercom, Education and Onboarding team and help optimize learning delivery, enhance platform configuration, and empover employees and stakeholders to succeed with the LMS.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Act as an internal Cypher Learning expert, consultant and the central point of contact for instructors and stakeholders using the platform, including creating training materials and FAQs
• Build new and update existing courses, implement assessments and automation rules, including rigorous manual testing to ensure proper learner experiences
• Oversee user roles, permissions, course enrollments and progress tracking to ensure the platform's integrity
• Design and coordinate third-party integrations and automations to enhance the platform’s capabilities
• Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and technical issues
• Generate and analyze reports on user activity and course completion, distribute them to stakeholders, and support compliance audits with data
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities based on data analytics, usage trends and user feedback

About You:

• Proven experience working with the Cypher Learning (formerly MATRIX) LMS platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach with the ability to provide technical support to non-technical users
• Ability to work on complex assignments independently and to apply a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with senior personnel and SMEs
• Strong reporting skills
• Elementary graphic design skills
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience of working with API automation solutions and external integrations (would be a plus!)
• A basic understanding of adult learning principles (would be a plus!)
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI (would be a plus!)
