We’re looking for a sharp, high-energy Freelance Creative to join our commercial team. Your primary mission? Winning pitches. You’ll be the bridge between a brand’s KPIs and the "Supercar Blondie" magic, architecting the concepts that turn cold pitches into signed campaigns.

What you’ll do:

• Own the creative response for incoming commercial RFPs. You’ll transform client briefs into high-impact pitch decks that visualize how a brand lives natively within our ecosystem.

• Develop "thumb-stopping" social concepts for branded videos, reels, and stories that satisfy client goals without losing our signature editorial voice.

• Explain the why behind the what . You’ll justify your creative hooks using social trends, platform data, and an understanding of what drives global engagement.

• Once the pitch is won, work closely with our in-house production and social teams to ensure the creative vision remains intact from deck to delivery.

• Create cross-vertical ideas that excite both high-end automotive enthusiasts and the "future-tech" obsessed.

We’re looking for someone who:

• You have a proven track record of creating winning creative responses for automotive, lifestyle, or tech brands.

• ou don’t just adapt TV ads for social; you build hooks designed specifically for the mechanics of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• You can articulate a vision clearly in a deck, finding the "viral hook" that makes a brand's message feel like organic entertainment.

• You understand the unique balance of working with creator-led brands (huge bonus if you’ve been following our journey).

The Details:

• Rate: £300 per day.

• Format: Freelance.

• Location: Ideally Hybrid (1–2 days/week in our Shoreditch, London office) to collaborate with the commercial team.

Note: We need a creative who is as comfortable in a brainstorm as they are in a client-facing pitch deck. If you know how to make a billion-dollar brand look cool on TikTok, we want to hear from you.
