Production Supervisor
- Lead and motivate the production team to meet daily targets
- Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and support stock control
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Maintain a clean and efficient production environment
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience supervising in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Hands‑on, practical approach with good time management
- Understanding of food safety and health & safety standards
- Basic IT skills (MS Office desirable)
