Role Overview
As the Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in managing the full admissions cycle—from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing all admissions enquiries and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating tours, open mornings, and entrance assessments
• Delivering warm, informative communication with prospective parents
• Supporting marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring compliance with school policies and admissions regulations
Requirements
• Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
• Experience using system such as Arbor, SIMS, and Bromcom.
• Ability to prioritise and work efficiently during busy admissions periods
• Experience in a school or customer-facing role is desirable
