Secondary Teaching Assistant (SEN) Full Time8.30am until 4pmAs a Secondary Teaching Assistant (SEN), 1-1 you will play a vital role in providing essential support to students with SEN in a secondary school setting.Your responsibilities include:Classroom Support: Work closely with teachers to provide individualized support and assistance to students with SEN. This may involve helping with class activities, providing additional explanations, or adapting learning materials to meet students' specific needs.One-on-One Assistance: Provide focused support to individual students, offering guidance and reinforcement to help them overcome challenges and thrive academically and socially.Small Group Work: Facilitate small group activities, fostering collaboration and creating a supportive learning environment for students with SEN.Behaviour Management: Employ effective strategies to promote positive behavior and create a calm and inclusive classroom atmosphere.If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with SEN, we would love to hear from you.Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualificationsAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
