Corporate Professional Support Lawyer
Legal and Market Developments
- Maintain responsibility for keeping the Corporate team updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.
- Ensure precedents are current, accurate, and responsive to both market and legal changes.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of client seminars and training sessions.
- Provide training to trainees, including an introduction to the types of work they will encounter during their corporate seats.
- Deliver basic training on English corporate law to colleagues in international offices and to the company secretarial team.
- Support the development and adoption of legal technology within the Corporate practice, both in the UK and internationally.
- Promote best practice in relation to legal tech tools and knowledge systems.
- Contribute to developing innovative ways of working and improving the delivery of legal services.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
