F&B Supervisor
As an F&B Supervisor at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic F&B team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.
If you are looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment. Primary Responsibilities Include- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and table turnover.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cash reconciliation and handling and handover all information that the next shift or the Line Manager has to know for the well running of the operations.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
