Store Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm Are you an experienced large-format retail leader or small site area manager looking for a role with genuine work-life balance? One of the UK's leading premium retailers is seeking a Store Manager for a flagship location based inside Heathrow Airport. This is a rare opportunity to bring your big-box retail leadership experience into a fast-paced, high-profile, premium environment - while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule. Why This Role Will Appeal to Big-Box/Area Retail Managers Monday-Friday only (no late nights or rotating shifts) High footfall, premium retail environment with a global customer base Lead a large, diverse team in a multi-category store Use your operational, commercial and people-leadership skills in a unique setting Strong opportunities to grow within a well-established retail group What You'll Be Doing Leading a sizeable team to deliver exceptional customer experience Managing high-volume sales across multiple product categories Driving KPI performance, operational standards and compliance Coaching, developing and supporting leaders and frontline colleagues Owning the day-to-day running and overall performance of the store Creating a positive, people-focused culture Who We're Looking For Ideal backgrounds include: Store Managers form large square foot environments or Area Managers Leaders experienced with large teams (60+) Strong operational and commercial understanding Confident decision-maker who thrives in a busy environment Someone who naturally inspires, supports and develops people Excellent communication and organisational skills What's on Offer £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus great bonuses and benefits Monday to Friday working pattern Premium, high-energy retail setting Opportunities for long-term progression Excellent training and development
