• Salary: Paid on the Inner London Teachers' Pay Scales (ECT/MPS), with full statutory induction entitlements.

The Role

• The successful ECT of English will assume responsibility for teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE), preparing pupils for strong outcomes.
• You will immediately join a supportive and collaborative department, benefiting from daily shared planning and team teaching opportunities to accelerate your development as an ECT of English.
• The ECT of English will be central to the school's commitment to improving literacy across all year groups, working with dedicated literacy leads.
