iTrent Analyst

We're looking for a iTrent Analyst for our public sector client based in London (hybrid) on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to £350 per day (Umbrella).

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and on-site working in London.

The successful Digital Analyst (Enterprise Systems) will join a multi-disciplinary team within a Finance and Corporate Resources function, focusing on the maintenance, development and optimisation of core enterprise systems. Working alongside Senior Analysts, they'll support iTrent configuration, deliver Business Objects reporting, and help streamline HR workflows across the staff lifecycle.

You will need proven experience working with the following:

- Supporting, configuring and developing iTrent software
- Creating Business Objects reports to a mid-to-high level of complexity
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at a mid-to-high level of proficiency for data analysis and reconciliations
- Liaising with external software vendors and internal stakeholders
- Contributing effectively within multi-disciplinary teams

Experience in the following would be beneficial:

- Halo CRM software
- Data reconciliation
- HR workflow optimisation
- Public sector experience
