Reception Teacher Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early learning principles
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A caring, reflective, and creative approach to teaching
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous professional development
