About the Role
The School Administrator will play an essential role in the smooth running of daily school operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Front-of-house reception duties and handling parent, staff, and student queries.
• Managing attendance records and maintaining accurate SIMS data.
• Coordinating staff cover, calendars, room bookings, and general communication.
• Supporting admissions, events, and administrative processes across departments.
• Preparing documents, letters, and reports to a high standard.
Requirements
• Previous experience in school administration (SIMS experience highly desirable).
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Professionalism and the ability to work in a busy environment.
