Teacher of Drama - Barnet - April 2026 Start

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Drama Teacher for an Outstanding secondary school in Barnet. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and offers a brilliant opportunity for a creative teacher to join a successful department. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-calibre Drama lessons that challenge and stretch students across all key stages

• Oversee school productions and drama clubs to enhance the school’s vibrant creative life

• Support students in achieving outstanding results through a creative and challenging curriculum

• Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to maintain high academic standards

• Participate in professional development sessions designed to refine your pedagogical practice

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Drama or a related discipline and QTS

• Proven ability to deliver excellent outcomes for students in a high-performing setting

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (Outer London)
