LKS2 Teaching Opportunity | Primary School in West London

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support and challenge Year 3 pupils of all abilities.
- Work collaboratively with fellow Year 3 teachers to develop high-quality planning, curriculum content, and assessment strategies.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback and setting clear, ambitious targets.
- Differentiate teaching effectively to meet diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEN, EAL, or additional support requirements.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and confidence.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers through clear and timely communication.

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 3 expectations
• Excellent behaviour management, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience teaching in primary settings, ideally KS2
• A reflective, adaptable, and positive approach to teaching
• Commitment to inclusion, high standards, and continuous improvement
