What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll be involved in:
Leading end-to-end recruitment for a significant volume of diverse technical roles (software engineers, QA, DevOps, product specialists, etc.) to support new and business-critical projects.
Partnering with senior engineering and product leaders to shape hiring strategies that meet business demand.
Designing sourcing strategies that attract high-quality, diverse candidates across multiple technical disciplines.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Building talent pipelines proactively to ensure we can deliver against ambitious headcount plans.
Coaching and influencing hiring managers on best practice, interview techniques, and inclusive hiring.
Monitoring recruitment metrics and reporting progress to senior stakeholders with transparency.
Acting as a brand ambassador for Reapit, ensuring a first-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
Who we’re looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
Proven track record in technical recruitment (in-house or RPO), ideally within fast-paced SaaS or technology organisations.
Experience recruiting across multiple technical domains (engineering, DevOps, product, QA, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent pools.
Experience working with external suppliers
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
Knowledge of Teamtailor is advantageous, but not essential

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
Build strong relationships with senior engineering managers and hiring stakeholders.
Gain a clear understanding of the technical hiring plan and immediate resourcing priorities.
Launch sourcing activity for priority technical roles.
Within 3 months:
Deliver measurable progress against headcount targets with quality hires in process.
Establish and present recruitment metrics and pipeline reporting to stakeholders.
Embed consistent and inclusive recruitment processes across technical hiring.
Within 6 months:
Successfully deliver the majority of planned technical hires against agreed timelines.
Demonstrate impact through improved candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
Leave Reapit with sustainable sourcing pipelines and best practices in place.
