IT Technician (Seasonal London)
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and verify new IT equipment upon arrival.
- Configure and install new hardware and software as required.
- Replenish IT consumables across various UKME locations.
- Maintain stock levels of IT consumables to ensure availability.
- Set up mobile phones and peripheral devices for users.
- Provide first-line support by working on the IT Service Desk when needed.
- Deliver and set up IT equipment at different sites as required.
- Represent the IT Department on client sites.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Working knowledge of basic IT principles (Essential)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions (Essential)
- Understanding of computer hardware (Essential)
- Ability to research hardware and software issues (Essential)
- Ability to present solutions in user-friendly language (Essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision (Essential)
