£30,000–£35,000 per year | Full-Time | Based Across Greater London.
Location: Head Office (Oxon, OX11 7WB) + Primary Travel Throughout Greater London.

As a Horticultural Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping these spaces lush, vibrant, and healthy. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain a wide variety of plant displays in premium venues across London and the South East.
- Conduct regular watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and replacement where needed.
- Identify and resolve plant health issues, using your horticultural expertise.
- Travel to multiple client sites daily (typically driving a Leaflike van).
- Represent Leaflike professionally, building positive client relationships.
- Communicate with the wider team to ensure quality and continuity of service.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance (essential).
- Brings a keen eye for detail and pride in their work.
- Has a positive, practical approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Holds a clean UK driving licence and is confident driving around London.
- Is comfortable with early starts and travel throughout the week.
- Shares our values of Willingness, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect.
- Ideally lives between Oxfordshire and Central London – regular visits to the head office in Didcot aren’t required, but proximity is helpful.
