As a Horticultural Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping these spaces lush, vibrant, and healthy. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintain a wide variety of plant displays in premium venues across London and the South East.
• Conduct regular watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and replacement where needed.
• Identify and resolve plant health issues, using your horticultural expertise.
• Travel to multiple client sites daily (typically driving a Leaflike van).
• Represent Leaflike professionally, building positive client relationships.
• Communicate with the wider team to ensure quality and continuity of service.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has hands-on experience in horticultural maintenance (essential).
• Brings a keen eye for detail and pride in their work.
• Has a positive, practical approach, with the ability to work independently.
• Holds a clean UK driving licence and is confident driving around London.
• Is comfortable with early starts and travel throughout the week.

• Ideally lives between Oxfordshire and Central London – regular visits to the head office in Didcot aren’t required, but proximity is helpful.
