A faith-based secondary school in Westminster is looking to appoint an experienced Premises Officer to support the management of the school buildings and grounds. This is a practical, responsible role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-organised environments.
Working as part of the site team, you will contribute to the daily operation of the premises and ensure facilities are ready for use each day.
Key Duties
You will support the safe and efficient running of the school site by carrying out a range of maintenance and operational tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Unlocking and securing buildings at the start and end of the day
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repair work
Monitoring heating, lighting, and alarm systems
Preparing rooms for school events and activities
Supporting contractors when required on site
Conducting daily site checks to identify maintenance issues
Maintaining external areas, including pathways and entrances
You will be expected to respond promptly to site-related requests and maintain clear communication with senior staff.
