Attendance Team:
The attendance team plays a vital role in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality across the school. Working alongside pastoral leaders, safeguarding staff, and external agencies, the team ensures students are supported to attend regularly and barriers to learning are addressed early.
Requirements
• Experience in attendance, pastoral, or administrative work
• Strong data handling and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with parents and external agencies
• Understanding of attendance legislation and safeguarding procedures
• Calm, professional approach to sensitive situations
• Commitment to student welfare and inclusion
