- Lead end‑to‑end development of knitwear styles, ensuring samples and prototypes are delivered on time, to quality standards and within cost targets.
- Own and manage the critical path from concept to pre‑production, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendors across Europe and Asia, aligning capability, cost and quality while protecting design intent.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of PLM data, communicating changes clearly to cross‑functional partners to avoid disruption.
- Support and coach Product Development Assistants, sharing knowledge and encouraging continuous learning across categories.

- Strong technical expertise in knitwear product development, with a deep understanding of construction, materials and fit.
- Confident working in partnership with Designers, translating creative ideas into commercially viable, high‑quality product.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to balance creativity, cost and margin throughout the development process.
- Experienced in managing complex critical paths and vendor relationships across international supply bases.
- Clear, inclusive communicator who collaborates effectively across functions and cultures.
- Organised, adaptable and proactive, with a problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
