Head of Marketing
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of a fast-growing, investor-backed premium health and wellness business. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, retention and commercial performance across a multi-site business with ambitious expansion plans.

The successful candidate will have genuine influence over brand strategy, customer experience and commercial performance, while leading a talented team and helping scale a distinctive business with significant future potential.
The Role:
Strategic Marketing + Commercial Leadership:
Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy, aligning activity with business objectives, commercial priorities and brand positioning.
Drive revenue growth across multiple products, services and business units through commercially focused marketing initiatives.
Use commercial and performance data to inform decision-making, prioritise activity and maximise return on marketing investment.
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to align marketing with sales, pricing, product development and customer conversion strategies.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Brand, Campaigns + Customer Growth:
Champion the brand, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and customer experience across all channels.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across digital and offline channels.
Develop local marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships and community engagement opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
Support marketing activity for specialist business divisions and new commercial initiatives.
Digital Marketing + Customer Experience:
Lead digital marketing across paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM and content marketing.
Oversee the website, customer journey and digital platforms to optimise lead generation, conversion and retention.
Work with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital systems, marketing technology and platform integrations.
Ensure marketing technology and digital experiences support business performance, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Leadership, Insights + Performance:
Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Use customer insights, market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Monitor, analyse and report on key marketing and commercial performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Embed a data-driven approach to marketing, ensuring activity is measured, optimised and aligned with business objectives.
The Person:
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior marketing leader with a proven track record in a premium consumer-facing, multi-site business. They will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, be highly commercial, digitally confident and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
They will bring:
A proven track record of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Experience leading marketing within a multi-site or service-led organisation, ideally in health, wellness, hospitality, leisure or a similar premium consumer sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, measure performance and make evidence-based decisions.
Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, customer journeys, website optimisation and performance marketing.
The confidence to manage agencies, digital partners and cross-functional projects.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and excellent organisational skills.
A passion for developing high-performing teams and creating a collaborative, positive culture.
Experience supporting franchise, partner or multi-location marketing models would be advantageous.
