An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of a fast-growing, investor-backed premium health and wellness business. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, retention and commercial performance across a multi-site business with ambitious expansion plans.

The successful candidate will have genuine influence over brand strategy, customer experience and commercial performance, while leading a talented team and helping scale a distinctive business with significant future potential.

The Role:

Marketing Strategy + Brand

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives.

• Champion a consistent, premium and welcoming brand across all channels and customer touchpoints.

• Lead integrated campaigns that build awareness, engagement and long-term brand value.

Commercial Growth:

• Drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue through data-led marketing.

• Manage marketing budgets, evaluate ROI and optimise investment.

• Support commercial initiatives including new products, partnerships and multi-site growth.

Digital + Customer Experience:

• Lead digital marketing across CRM, website, content, paid media, SEO and social.

• Improve digital journeys, booking experience and lead conversion through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Use customer insight and analytics to inform strategy and improve performance.

Leadership:

• Lead, coach and develop a collaborative in-house marketing team.

• Manage external agencies, freelancers and creative partners.

• Build strong relationships across the wider business to ensure marketing supports operational and commercial priorities.

The Person:

The successful candidate will be an experienced senior marketing leader with a proven track record in a premium consumer-facing, multi-site business. They will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, be highly commercial, digitally confident and comfortable using data to drive decisions.

They will bring:

• A proven track record of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

• Experience leading marketing within a multi-site or service-led organisation, ideally in health, wellness, hospitality, leisure or a similar premium consumer sector.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, measure performance and make evidence-based decisions.

• Expertise across digital marketing, CRM, customer journeys, website optimisation and performance marketing.

• The confidence to manage agencies, digital partners and cross-functional projects.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• A creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and excellent organisational skills.

• A passion for developing high-performing teams and creating a collaborative, positive culture.

• Experience supporting franchise, partner or multi-location marketing models would be advantageous.
