Role Overview:  As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. You will represent the company, our products and provide guidance to Client Advisors, sustaining their development and performance. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product knowledge, offer solutions that meet or exceed their expectations and provide a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and provide guidance to junior Client Advisors, assisting in their training and development.
  • Provide excellent customer service by establishing rapport with customers, addressing their needs, offering personalized recommendations
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies, and effectively communicate this information to customers and team members.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, securing the store, and other operational tasks.
  • Provide feedback to store management on customer trends, product feedback, and any other relevant information.
  • Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and sizing, and offer personalised recommendations.
  • Capture and utilise customer data to enhance their shopping experience and build brand loyalty, complying with all GDPR requirements.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work as part of a team to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of store sales goals.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and ability to lead by example.
  • Enthusiastic and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Numerical ability and to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience required.
