Join a small, friendly security company as an Access Control Engineer, working mainly on residential blocks and housing association properties across South London. Around 70% of work is south of the river, and engineers are normally home by around 3pm. What's On Offer * £40,000–£45,000 * Company van with private use * 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays * Pension * No long-distance travel * Normally home around 3pm * Small, friendly and relaxed company * Good work-life balance * Tools and equipment provided The Role * Service, fault-find, repair and replace access control and intercom systems * Carry out access control servicing and maintenance * Work with Paxton, PAC, Fermax and Videx * Planned and reactive maintenance * Work mainly across residential and housing association properties * Hard-wired Fermax audio/video experience advantageous About You * 3+ years' experience in access control, intercom or electronic security * Strong fault-finding skills * Experience with Paxton, PAC, Fermax, Videx or similar * Full UK driving licence * Reliable, professional and customer-focused If you're looking for a well-paid Access Control Engineer role with local work and an early finish, apply today
