We currently have over 300 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice, Department for Education, FCDOS, UEFA, International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This position will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and qualifying potential candidates to build strong talent pipelines. The role will have a strong focus on proactive sourcing, market research and candidate outreach to support current and future hiring needs across Solirius.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Databases and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and niche roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) to understand role requirements.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research
- Manage and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early recruitment stages
- Support employer branding and initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or resourcing
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills
- Familiarity with ATS Platforms (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in in-house recruitment (preferrable)
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles
- Understanding of diversity and inclusive hiring practices
